Does this guy seem like a nice guy based on this email?

ok i personaly think he is -freaky- if u like Extrememly nice guys then go for it, im not sure cause4 he uses strange things like 'fancy dabbling' .. im no expert but he seems weird to me i mean gosh are u desperate im sorry but he is freakayy get to hiom better and see how he actually is cause that email scares the bajebees out of me ( :
