A question about the phone numbers in Grand Theft Auto IV?

You know how, in GTA 4, there are some numbers that you can call on your phone that activate certain cheats? Does anyone know if any of these numbers actually exist in real life? If so, where do these numbers trace to? This is something that I'm really curious about, but kinda scared to try to find out by calling them myself.
