I need help hanging a prehung interior door?

the rough opening is well ROUGH the sides do not match up, in order to get the door to be perfectly set the left side (hinge side right hand swing door) is good but the right doesn't line up..ie the top sticks out about 3/4 in at the top and 1/8 in at the bottom. How should i hang this and what will be the best way to cover up this poor frame job. reframing is not an option for me it is only this one door and it has all new drywall and everything i want to be able to hide this mistake somehow. I realize this will not be perfect please be very detailed. i know some trimming will cover but realize how much this is off so please be very specific on materials and process to fix this up thanks so much
