In PS2 Game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice city, I have parked a Rhino Tank in Ocean heights Apt parking.?

Now I am not able to take it out. So my one parking is wasted. How can I remove the tank? It cannot be blasted or destroyed by boy weapon.
