Number of door hinges needed for a HEAVY door?

I've built a really heavy duty door, regular sized (80"x32") that also happens to weigh 110lbs. I've purchased 3 heavy duty "commercial grade" ball bearing hinges that are 4-1/2" inches. Are three enough to hold the door up without it falling off overtime? Or do I need a fourth hinge?
