Is it easy to replace the hinge that holds the battery in a HP dv7 laptop?

and if so whats the parts name? and where can I get? I think my daughter drop-ed it so the hinges broke and doest hod the battery in so good. I have to handel supper gentle. Please help I don't want to pay 300 bucks for a tech to remove 3 screws.
