Need Model/ Serial Number for Kitchen-aid Electric Glass top Oven circa 1999?

I moved into a home and the oven was already installed. I need an oven hinge for it but there is no serial number plate where the manufacturer said it was located and there was no manual left behind. It is white, has four burners, the right rear burner has a double burner option and the oven is digitally operated. Also has a Ceran glass top.
