Whats an interesting langauge to learn and why?

Please suggest a language for me to learn (im just looking for ideas and probably wont take the langauge to far just dabble in it but who knows??) Please also provide a quick overview of grammar, phonology etc. if you can. Please dont suggest german, spanish, russian, japanese, chinese, french or arabic. Thank ye in advance :D
