Broken lcd on blackberry torch, HELP?

yesterday i slid open my blackberry torch to text someone, and the screen got stuck and so i pushed it down and it blacked out. I have watched a few videos, and i know how to take the phone apart, but would i have to buy new hinged to replace the broken one? heeelp! what do i doo?
