University of Washington undergraduate admission:?

I'm now a senior at my high school (out-of-state) and my academics are, to say the least, utterly disappointing; 3.044 cumulative GPA and 1800 SAT, with only one Honors English class sophomore year and an AP English class this past junior year. Plus, I have only dabbled in a couple of sports and clubs and due to strict parenting I have not been allowed to participate in community service and many extra-curricular activities as well. I understand my chances of admission are the slimmest of the slim due to the high expectations towards grades but this school has recently become my dream school after weeks of meticulous research and I am trying to go against the odds here; any help? I'm hoping to become an Industrial Design major.
