What is a good bolt action rifle?

At that distance you are going to need match grade bullets. It also rules out 223,243 etc. Look into 260 remington, 308, 300 win mag. Those are all rounds used in long distance shooting. If you don't reload those are pretty much your options as its really hard to find match ammo in other calibers.
